May Ready Steady Stick

May Ready Steady Stick

During May half term the Ready Steady Stick Team ran 2 events, one in Measham and one Packington.

Both events proved to be fun family affairs. The children got stuck in straight away making ‘listening ears’ so they were ready to listen to the parable of the sower.  They then joined in actions with the story itself.  It is brilliant to see new faces coming to Ready Steady Stick who are so willing to join in with all the singing and crafts that we have on offer.

There were plenty of craft activities on offer.  As ever decorating buns went down well and there were lots of sticky fingers! We had lots of concentration making bags out of old t-shirts that had kindly been donated by members of our congregations, and junk modelling produced some amazing figures!

We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support from our churches. Thank you to everyone who helped and everyone who came!
