Ready Steady Stick for February half term

Join in the Ready Steady Stick fun at home

We are so sorry not to have our normal Ready Steady Stick this half term.  We are still not allowed to get together physically but in the Woodfield Team our children’s work goes on.

Here are some great things you can do over this half term with our Ready Steady Stick at home ideas.  Ready Steady - go for it!

Our theme is love and in particular “love your neighbour.” This is also “Random Acts of Kindness week” so we have some activities around that too, because what better way is there to love your neighbour than to do something nice for them!

  1. Download and print  free colouring pages from here https://www.bestcoloringpagesforkids.com/kindness-coloring-pages.html
  2. Here's a song about kindness. Join in the words and actions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H98Rfljxmsc
  3. You will know Open the Book stories from school. Well here is our special Readsy Steady Stick story - enjoy!  https://youtu.be/Xf_ApRLVyHY It's the story of the Good Samaritan
  4. God asks us to love all of God’s creation. Here is a lovely video of love between people and animals:.https://photos.google.com/direct/AF1QipOCqxff439dBqcA89qdbSWquF8UIF5NgHkvR4TQFoVxwfXMLh-DTj1N08kjRqsOxw/photo/AF1QipN988ycdo7GbeyrvKJJqRRWbh6TU-3suD1WxXBC

We might still be in lockdown so stay safe, but there are still many kind things that we can do even in our own homes. Why not let us know about any kind things that you do. Send them to revwilmacolley@hotmail.com and we’ll put them onto Facebook. There might even be a small prize for any entries!
